The V1G9- version is designed for the sale of pre-cooked products
(hot temperature). The V1V_6- is designed for frozen pastry.
There are different versions with static cooling (V1E) or forced
air cooling (V1V), and three types of lighting security glasses.

under the deck plates, stainless steel inside, sockets, intermediate
shelves, electrical defrost, perspex diviers, knife-, paper-, scale
